Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrival in Leh
Morning arrival in Leh; our driver meets you at the airport. Check in and rest at the hotel to acclimatise. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.
Leh Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, drive to Sangam, the confluence of the Zanskar and Indus rivers, visiting Magnetic Hill, the Hall of Fame and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib en route. Overnight stay in Leh.
Leh – Nubra Valley via Khardung La
Early morning drive to Nubra Valley over Khardung La (18,380 ft), one of the world's highest motorable roads. Visit the white sand dunes at Hunder, with an optional Bactrian (double-hump) camel ride at own cost. Check in at a camp or hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra Valley.
Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake
After breakfast, drive to Pangong Lake via Shyok, through the Durbuk and Tangtse villages of the Changthang region. Enjoy the evening views of this lake that changes colour 4–5 times a day. Overnight stay at Pangong Lake.
Pangong Lake – Leh
After breakfast, drive back to Leh over Chang La (5,360 m), visiting Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery and the '3 Idiots' school on the way. Overnight stay in Leh.
Departure from Leh
After breakfast, transfer to Leh airport for your onward journey.
